Strategic planning

Appreciating People offer two strategic planning services, using the strength-based SOAR tool. We can facilitate and develop SOAR-based strategic planning within an organisation, and train your team in the use of SOAR – both are an integral part of our AI training programmes. The tool is also embedded within our How to be More Awesome journals, and in the Appreciating Church programme.

Examples of our work, including the SOAR tool, are:

  • SOAR training workshop for Rochdale Local Economic Partnership
  • Using SOAR as a business planning tool for our business support sessions with The Women’s Organisation
  • A SOAR masterclass for small business owners as part of the LEAD programme for Liverpool University
  • Development of personal SOAR tools and framework for the How to be More Awesome journals
  • Creation of a spiritual SOAR tool for the Appreciating Church project
  • Using SOAR as the strategic planning tool for Liverpool Studio School’s OFSTED inspection preparation
