Change management and culture change is one of the most difficult issues facing business, organisations and community groups. We use a strength-based approach, focused around Appreciative Inquiry, to facilitate positive change, based on ‘what works’ and ‘when an organisation is as its best’ in any given group.
At a time of rapid change and internal and external pressures to change, many companies and organisations are looking for the most cost effective way of doing this. By using a strength-based approach and supporting the resilience of existing staff members, we’ve proven results in maintaining the loyalty, commitment and motivation of staff.
We’ve worked on change management programmes for organisations including Liverpool Vision, Baltic Creative and Liverpool John Moores University’s Centre for Entrepreneurship. Here’s what some participants on a recent culture change project said:
‘It was fun. Feel like it’s the start of something really fantastic for Liverpool Vision’
‘Learning to think differently about the organisation instead of usual away day content’
‘Learning and listening to colleagues, which wouldn’t have normally taken place’
‘Openness, and refreshing approach to understanding organisational need and opportunity’
