Appreciating People’s practice cited as a model of excellence in two new international publications

Case studies of two projects delivered by Appreciating People have been published as examples of good practice and evidence of the impact of a strengths-based approach in two prestigious new titles.

The second edition of ‘Appreciative Inquiry – change at the speed of imagination’ by Jane Magruder Watkins includes Appreciating People’s case study on the Toxteth Neighbourhood project, whilst the Big Conversation  is included in ‘Positive Psychology:How positive leadership and Appreciative Inquiry create inspiring organisations’ by Sarah Lewis.
