The inner Olympics – celebrating our brilliance

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit‘ Aristotle

Follow the seven values that underpinned London’s 2012 Olympic Games – respect, friendship, courage, equality, determination, inspiration and excellence – at a free seminar this weekend. The ‘Inner Olympics‘ helps people to aspire to their personal best, and celebrate the Olympic values by discovering the possibility of brilliance in everything that you do.

AP’s Suzanne Quinney says: ‘Learning how to live more appreciatively could be an excellent way of keeping that Olympic glow going – there are so many things in our life and surroundings to appreciate already, and we generally don’t spend enough time seeing our own brilliance. Spend two days with Jackie Kelm on our Appreciative Living course, and deepen that habit of excellence.’ If you’re interested in more details about Jackie Kelm‘s course – which she’s running in collaboration with Appreciating Peopleor want to book now, click here.

The course is led by Geoff Thompson, five times World Karate Champion and Sister Jayanti, worldwide emissary for peace, who’ll help you discover how using values can make us shine.
