Appreciating People is very excited to announce we’ll be working with Liverpool’s Alder Hey Hospital to provide advice and training services in the run up to its move to a new building over the next three years. We’ll be providing training services to support staff engagement and transformation work as we help Alder Hey to prepare for the organisational changes in moving to the new Alder Hey hospital.
Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is one of the biggest and busiest children’s hospitals in Europe, providing care for over 200,000 children and young people each year. One of only four stand-alone paediatric trusts in UK, it is staffed by 2,800 employees. The trust is in the process of planning a new, £370 million state-of-the-art Children’s Health Park, which it hopes to open the doors to by its 100th anniversary in 2014.
