Following the launch of Appreciation Works CIC on June 18th, the website for AP’s sister organisation has gone live. Appreciation Works will specialise in organisational development and business development for third sector organisation, community planning, facilitating board meetings and events for the community, Appreciative Inquiry training and strength-based strategic planning, personal development programmes, positive transitions for women, and programmes for people seeking support to move away from addiction and homelessness.
In a year when the public sector is facing its biggest budget cuts ever, many third sector organisations are struggling to survive, and individual people are trying to work out how to maintain their wellbeing in an age of austerity, Appreciating People have found a way to help organisations ask difficult questions and construct new visions and plans based on an organisation’s existing strengths and potential.
The Appreciation Works website – which showcases the CIC’s range of services, and includes case studies on its work with third sector organisations – is now live at www.appreciationworks.co.uk.
