2nd Global Conference on Positive Change

This year, Tim and Suzanne have presented workshops at a range interesting locations, on a variety of subjects. Locations have included the US – Fort Worth in Texas and Burlington, Vermont, while October saw them head to Reading, UK. In November, Suzanne will go to the Learning from Excellence community practice day in Birmingham – read more here. Tim, meanwhile, will head to Amsterdam’s Global Conference on Positive Change.

All these events have been opportunities to showcase Appreciating People’s work. Workshops and presentations have included Appreciating Church, Learning from Excellence, the development of the How to be more awesome journal and AP’s AI training approach.

Tim will deliver one of the main workshops at the Global Conference on Positive Change. He will share the story of the Learning from Excellence project; how AI is used to support the programme and its wider organisational impact. It is one of the first occasions to showcase the work at a European conference with AI practitioners and colleagues in the positive psychology field.

The two day event is at the Tobacco Theatre Amsterdam on 15/16th November – find out more about it at www.globalpositivechange.org. “One of the personal bonuses of the conference will be to catch up AI European colleagues and friends,” says Tim.
