Appreciative Inquiry practitioners based in Liverpool, Appreciating People is a strength-based organisation development (OD) practice. We help create a positive approach to planning, change and development, utilising and reinforcing your organisation’s strengths, as opposed to highlighting weaknesses. Our speciality is the application of the OD philosophy Appreciative Inquiry.

We work across the fields of strategic planning, team building, project development, community planning, culture change and personal development programmes, and are whole system facilitators – so we include people involved throughout  a company or organisation – and are experienced in the use of Appreciative Inquiry summits, World Café and Open Space technology. We’ve also recently established a Community Interest Company, Appreciation Works CIC, which does similar work to Appreciating People, but specialising in work with the community and social enterprise sectors.
